Plaintiff initiated this action against Allen and Ruth Wodtli (the Wodtlis) for breach of contract, against the Wodtlis, J.C. Compton Contractor, Inc., and Morse Brothers, Inc. (Morse),1 for trespass and conversion and against Morse for intentional interference with a contract.2 At the close of plaintiff's case, the trial court granted both the Wodtlis' and Morse's motions for directed verdict...
