PER CURIAM:

The United States brought three civil proceedings pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 43 against Robert Van Horn, William Van Horn and Robert's Piper aircraft for the forfeiture of the aircraft and other penalties for violation of the Lacey Act, which makes it unlawful to transport in interstate commerce any game taken in violation of a state's law.
