KARWACKI, Judge.

In the course of a confrontation between the occupants of two vehicles at a Mobil gas station in Prince George's County, Eric Dwayne Hemingway, the appellant, shot and killed Randall Hickman. A jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County convicted appellant of manslaughter, use of a handgun in the commission of a felony, and transporting a handgun in a vehicle traveling upon a public highway. He was acquitted of first and second degree murder...
