This suit was brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S. C. § 626 et seq. (ADEA). Plaintiff, Sonia Flores Cruz was, at the time of her dismissal from defendant, Avon Products, Inc., a forty-seven-year-old Zone Product Manager.
