Ruben Estes brought this lawsuit against his former employer, Dick Smith Ford, claiming relief for race discrimination under 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., for age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq., and for fraud under Missouri common law.
