PER CURIAM.

Michael D. Bridgeman appeals from the district court's1 order granting appellees' motion for summary judgment on the ground that Bridgeman's 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint was time-barred. For reversal, Bridgeman argues that a genuine issue exists as to whether the applicable statute of limitations was tolled by his alleged mental disorder. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
