This tort action arose out of a collision between two vehicles. Appellee-plaintiff was a passenger in one of the vehicles. The other vehicle was being driven by appellant-defendant Arthur Anderson while he was in the course of his employment with appellant-defendant Quality Rental Company, Inc. Appellee brought suit, alleging that appellant Anderson had been negligent in his operation of the vehicle and that his negligence was imputable to appellant...
