The question presented on this appeal is whether the purchaser of a motel, who suffered three straight years of losses, proved that those losses resulted from an alleged misrepresentation made by the seller of the motel, or were caused by other factors, and therefore, so speculative that a jury should not be permitted to consider making an award of damages based on the evidence.
