HOLMES, J.

The case sub judice, in light of the determination of the court below, requires that we consider whether the bond filed with the trial court suffices under R.C. 2329.332 as "the amount of the judgment or decree." For the reasons set forth hereinafter, we hold that it does not and thus reverse the judgment of the court of appeals.
