HOUSTON, Justice.

Byron Eidson appeals from a summary judgment in favor of Olin Corporation on Eidson's counterclaim for abuse of process and malicious prosecution. We affirm.

Olin filed suit against Eidson and other defendants, alleging that they had conspired to defraud Olin of approximately $150,000 "by and through a scheme and pattern of fraudulently inflated contracts." G.M. Mosley, one of the defendants, was criminally convicted of wire fraud as a result...
