This case was consolidated for trial with case No. 87-72 entitled Belt v. Farm Bureau Insurance Co., 524 So.2d 1260 (La. App. 3rd Cir.1988). The Trial Judge rendered separate judgments in each lawsuit. On appeal, both cases present identical issues for our review. Therefore, for purposes of clarity and consistency we will also render a separate judgment for case # 87-72, but the issues raised therein will...
