This is a consolidated appeal by Conrad Whitehead and Hector Quesada from their convictions on narcotics offenses. Whitehead was convicted after a bench trial of possessing more than 500 grams of cocaine with intent to distribute. 21 U.S.C. § 841(a). Quesada pled guilty to importation of more than 500 grams of cocaine. 21 U.S.C. § 952(a) (Supp.1984). Both were sentenced...
