PER CURIAM.

The Committee on Rules of Criminal Procedure has submitted to us proposed changes in the rules of criminal procedure. We are indebted to the chairman of the committee, Judge William Enfield, to reporter Samuel A. Perroni, and to the members of the committee for their service to the bench and bar of Arkansas. As expressed in earlier orders, it is our intent to adopt changes in the rules of procedure as near the beginning of the year as possible to coincide...
