James Hamilton Parkman was convicted of battery in the first degree [Ark.Code Ann. § 5-13-201 (1987)] and sentenced to forty years imprisonment as an habitual offender. He argues on appeal that there was insufficient evidence to support the jury verdict and that the trial court erred in admitting privileged communications into evidence. We find no error and affirm the judgment of the trial court...
