This is a medical malpractice case in which the plaintiff, Nancie Kellene Hunt, recovered a judgment of $275,000 against the LSU Board of Supervisors. The defendant appealed, claiming the trial court erred in allowing recovery and alternatively that the amounts awarded by the trial court were excessively high.
