BUSSEY, Judge:

In October 1983, William Joseph Yates, the appellant, received concurrent suspended sentences of two (2) years' imprisonment after being convicted of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, (PCP), and Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer.
