Appellant, Glen W. Williams, appeals from an order of the district court affirming a decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary) that denies Mr. Williams' application for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income (SSI) under Title II and XVI of the Social Security Act.
