The sole issue presented by this appeal is whether or not the sentence imposed on defendant is excessive.

The defendant, Vance Alton Vogel, was charged by a bill of information with one count of simple burglary, a violation of La.R.S. 14:62, and one count of theft, a violation of La.R.S. 14:67. Pursuant to a plea bargain, defendant pled guilty to unauthorized entry of a place of business, prohibited by La.R.S. 14:62.4...
