YELVERTON, Judge.

A six-person jury convicted defendant, Joseph Comeaux, of simple burglary, a violation of La.R.S. 14:62, and attempted simple burglary, a violation of La.R.S. 14:27 and 14:62. He was sentenced to twelve years at hard labor on the first conviction and six years at hard labor on the second one, the sentences to run concurrently.
