Defendant-appellant Raul Rivera Ramos appeals from the district court's denial of his Fed.R.Crim.P. 35(a) motion to correct his sentence.1 Defendant argues that the three-count indictment to which he pled guilty charged only one offense, and consequently, the maximum sentences imposed consecutively for each count are illegal.
