Appellant appeals pro se from a jury conviction of burglary of a building. The jury, after finding appellant had been previously convicted of two felonies, enhanced and assessed punishment at twenty-five years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. Appellant's case is before this Court now by reason of a grant of an out-of-time appeal by the United States District Court...
