BUSSEY, Judge:

The appellant, Linda Joyce Hodge, was convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-85-5675 of the crime of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Percodan), After Former Conviction of Two or More Felonies. She was sentenced to thirty (30) years' imprisonment and appeals, raising eight assignments of error.
