At some time during or prior to the year 1972 appellee Donald K. Mann obtained a commercial fleet liability insurance policy from appellant Truck Insurance Exchange covering all of the vehicles in the fleet and such vehicles as were from time to time added to the policy. This policy provided a $100,000 per person limit on liability and a $5,000 per person limit on liability under the uninsured motorist...
