Gunn (Gunn), as personal representative of the estates of Gertrude Bergman (Gertrude) and Lenore Bergman (Lenore), appeals from the decision of the district court allowing the claims of Adele Catanach and Josephine Jacques (Catanach and Jacques or claimants) against the estates, the probates of which had been consolidated.
