The dismissal was predicated on a finding that Cobb's charge of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) was untimely. Cobb also argues that the district court erroneously dismissed a pendent state cause of action brought pursuant to the Arkansas Teacher Fair Dismissal Act...
