COFFEY, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant, Michael J. Guinan, appeals his conviction of six counts of filing false income tax returns, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7206(1), and two counts of fraudulent use of social security numbers, in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 408(g)(2). We affirm.
