Defendants first contend the trial court erred by denying defendant Robeson the right to cross-examine or question Sergeant Edwards or to present evidence during a voir dire hearing. At trial, when Sergeant Edwards was asked on direct examination by the prosecutor whether he questioned defendants, defendant Robeson's counsel requested a voir dire hearing.
