MACY, Justice.

Appellant Ronald Gene Phillips appeals from his convictions of aggravated assault and battery in violation of W.S. 6-2-502(a)(iii) and of escape in violation of W.S. 6-5-206(a)(ii)(B).

We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
