The appellant was indicted on ten counts of rape, in violation of § 13A-6-61(a)(3), Code of Alabama (1975). He was found guilty of enticing a minor into a house for immoral purposes on counts I, II, III, V, and VI. He was found not guilty on counts VII through X. Count IV had been dismissed. He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment on each count, to run concurrently, and the trial court ordered...
