Norman and Grace Schuler sued Polaroid Corporation claiming that Polaroid violated federal and state `age discrimination' laws, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 (1982); Mass.Gen.L. ch. 151B, §§ 1-10 (1986) by "constructively discharging" Norman in the summer of 1985.
