Appellants (plaintiffs) Michael Avery, Dino Thiessen and Glen Darrow, II, commenced an action against respondents (defendants), alleging, inter alia, violation of Minnesota's Franchise Act; fraud; breach of fiduciary duty; deceptive trade practices; false advertising; and breach of Minnesota Uniform Commercial Code warranties.
