Appellant, Ramon Ramos, was convicted of conspiring to distribute, and of distributing, more than 500 grams of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (Count I), 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B), and in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2 (Count II). He was convicted under 18 U.S.C. §§ 924(c) and 2 (Count III), for carrying and using a firearm during and in relation to narcotics...
