Plaintiff brought this action pro se under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1982), alleging violations of the state regulations governing his parole. Defendants move under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6) to dismiss the complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
