The People appeal from a trial court order assessing attorney fees against the Arapahoe County District Attorney's Office. We reverse.

This action was brought against Russell Large (obligor) pursuant to the Revised Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act, § 14-5-101, et seq., C.R.S. (1987 Repl.Vol. 6B).
