Petitioner, Leo E. Edwards, appeals from the denial of his habeas corpus petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. He is under sentence of death on his conviction for murder committed in the course of an armed robbery. Following two thoughtful opinions dealing with Edwards' habeas claims, see Edwards v. Thigpen, 595 F.Supp. 1271
