Petitioner, Leo E. Edwards, appeals from the denial of his habeas corpus petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. He is under sentence of death on his conviction for murder committed in the course of an armed robbery. Following two thoughtful opinions dealing with Edwards' habeas claims, see Edwards v.
