This matter is before the court on defendant Lithonia Lighting's ("Lithonia") second motion for summary judgment. The pro se plaintiff, a black male who has embraced the Hebrew religion, alleges that, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Lithonia refused to hire him because of his religion. Defendant submits that plaintiff has failed to establish a prima facie case of religious discrimination...
