Appellee, National Air Vibrator Company ("National"), brought this suit for damages and injunctive relief against appellants Jim Guy and Shirley Breitenstein, former employees, who had earlier resigned and formed American Precision Vibrator Company ("American"), a competitor in the industrial vibrator market.
