Appellant, a Louisiana inmate, was convicted and sentenced to nine years imprisonment for aggravated criminal damage to property in 1982. Acting pro se, he has subsequently filed at least twelve § 1983 actions alleging violations of his civil rights. The district court heard evidence from July 31 to August 2, 1984 and again on January 20, 1987, in regard to the above-captioned cases [and two more as well].
