Lisa Beth Rose, Alton Rose, and Frances Rose appeal from a judgment notwithstanding the verdict rendered in this claim for wrongful death pursuant to the Medical Liability and Insurance Improvement Act, TEX.REV.CIV.STAT.ANN. art. 4590i (Vernon Supp.1986).
