This is an appeal from a revocation of probation. Appellant initially pled guilty to the offense of burglary of a habitation. Punishment was assessed at ten years' imprisonment, and probation was granted. In 1981, the State moved to revoke probation alleging that Appellant had violated probation by removal and destruction of a government record belonging to the Court Residential Treatment Center.
