Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

CHABOT, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in Federal corporate income tax against Kurt Orban Company, Inc., for taxable year 19741 in the amount of $108,337 and for 1975 in the amount of $430,560. After concessions by petitioner, the issue for decision is whether petitioner is entitled to deduct as insurance premiums certain amounts paid to its subsidiaries.
