The defendant appeals his conviction for aggravated felonious sexual assault. RSA 632-A:2 (Supp. 1986). He contends that the Trial Court (O'Neil, J.) improperly denied him the opportunity to cross-examine the prosecutrix concerning alleged inconsistent statements she had made to an examining nurse regarding her prior sexual activities. The defendant further challenges the decision of the trial court to admit into evidence a thirty-three-page statement...
