This appeal is from the district court's denial of appellant's most recent post-conviction relief petition.

Appellant, Kevin J. Bibbins, states that the issues are:

1. "Did the District Court err in dismissing Appellant's petition for post-conviction relief? 2. "Was Appellant denied due process by the failure of the District Court to appoint an attorney to represent him in post-conviction relief?"
