Summary Judgment — Contract Construction. James A. Justice was employed by Metro Ambulance Service (Metro) as a helicopter pilot for both ambulance and charter service. In late July 1985, Justice flew Metro's helicopter to Dooley Helicopter's repair facility at Peachtree-DeKalb Airport for maintenance and possible repairs.
