Plaintiff (Sigmond) timely appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment for the defendants. Sigmond brought this action pursuant to section 1964(c) of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-68 (1982).
