Scott Gwin, appellant herein, brings this appeal from an order of the probate court removing him as guardian of the person and estate of Mabel F. Escola, an incompetent person. Mabel has two sons, James T. Escola and Henry G. Escola.

An application for appointment of W. Scott Gwin as guardian of the person and estate of Mabel was filed in 1983. That matter proceeded to hearing, after which the trial court appointed Gwin on November 14, 1984....
