The Wisconsin Avenue Nursing Home (the Home) seeks review of a final order of the District of Columbia Commission on Human Rights (the Commission) which concluded that the Home unlawfully discharged two nursing assistants because they are black.1 We agree with the Home that the Commission, in denying the Home's motion to dismiss, erred in failing to consider and rule upon the Home's contention that it was prejudiced...
