This is an action for relief from copyright infringement. Jurisdiction is invoked pursuant to Title 17 of the United States Code and 28 U.S.C. Section 1338(a). Plaintiff asks that defendant be preliminarily and permanently enjoined, pursuant to 17 U.S.C.
