The present case involves a medical malpractice action brought by the personal representative of decedent, Delores M. Flowers, against several doctors and defendant Southwest Detroit Hospital, the only defendant on appeal. On August 30, 1985, the Wayne Circuit Court dismissed with prejudice plaintiff's case against defendant on the grounds that plaintiff had failed to produce her expert witnesses for deposition...
