Plaintiff Wilhelmina Hall was employed by defendant Hardee's Food Systems, Inc., for approximately ten years. At the time of plaintiff's termination she held an assistant manager's position, which required her to make bank deposits of monies collected during her shift. On January 26, 1985, a Saturday, plaintiff was charged with the responsibility of making the deposit for the night shift. On Monday, January 28, 1985, Adrian Hill, also a Hardee's assistant...
